Siobhan is a senior colourist recognised for her technical precision, considered approach and ability to create modern, tailored colour that feels elevated and effortless. With 17 years of industry experience, she is known for balancing strong technical foundations with a refined eye for tone, placement and longevity.
Having spent three years working in London, Siobhan developed an advanced skill set across international salon environments. This experience shaped her approach to colour, combining contemporary technique with a clear understanding of how hair should look and wear in real life.
Her expertise spans blonding, lived-in blondes, dimensional brunettes, grey blending and corrective colour, with every service guided by a focus on hair health and long-term results. She is particularly valued for creating colour that grows out seamlessly, enhances natural features and feels easy to maintain between appointments.

RYO ISHIMATSU - DRY CUT STYLIST

Ryo Ishimatsu brings over two decades of experience across Tokyo, New York and Byron Bay. His work combines precise cutting with a love of natural texture, expressive shape and hair that feels effortless in everyday life.
Trained in Japan, Ryo began his career at SHIMA in Tokyo before moving to New York, where he combined salon work with editorial, fashion and television projects. His experience includes W Magazine, Nylon, New York Fashion Week and hairstyling work on America’s Next Top Model. After moving to Australia in 2018, he worked at Edwards and Co in Byron Bay before establishing his independent practice.
Specialising in dry cutting, Ryo shapes hair in response to its natural fall, movement and texture. Face framing is central to his approach, with close attention to how the hair relates to the features, head shape and neckline. His signature is relaxed, touchable texture with a considered shape: personalised layers that create movement while preserving fullness, and scissor-over-comb short cuts designed to grow out softly.
Whether creating a change or carefully refining the ends for someone growing their hair, Ryo considers how the cut will live beyond the appointment. His focus is on hair that retains its character with minimal styling, after a shower, a run or an ocean swim.
His colour work follows the same sensibility, from dimensional blondes and softly sun-kissed balayage to luminous brunettes and glosses that bring depth and shine.
Consultation is an essential part of his practice. Ryo takes time to understand each client’s relationship with their hair, their lifestyle and the changes they are moving through. He sees haircutting as an ongoing conversation, refining the shape as the person and their needs evolve.
