Madison Voloshin is one of Australia’s leading hair stylists, known for precision, clarity of vision, and an ability to move seamlessly between salon, editorial and runway work. His career spans major fashion campaigns, red carpet clients and leading publications, defined by technical mastery and ability to translate conceptual ideas into wearable form. It’s an approach that has cultivated a loyal in-studio clientele who seek work that feels both current and enduring.
Across fashion, he is known for directional, polished styling. His editorial portfolio includes Vogue, GQ, Harper’s Bazaar, RUSSH, T: The New York Times Style Magazine Australia and 10 Magazine, and he has led runway shows for Carla Zampatti, Aje, Mariam Seddiq, Commas, Beare Park and Jordan Dalah.
Madison has been acknowledged with multiple industry awards, including Australian Men’s Hairdresser of the Year (2017, 2019) and Session Stylist of the Year (2023). He previously served as Davroe Australian Ambassador (2017–2024) and is currently the Australian Hair Director for Shark Beauty.

Gina Yates is a multidisciplinary stylist recognised for her technical skill across cutting, session styling and men’s grooming. With two decades of experience, her work reflects a confident and a distinctly modern approach to hair.
Gina’s career spans salon, runway and editorial environments, where she has developed a sharp, versatile skill set. These influences shape her studio practice today, bringing a clarity and ease to the way she cuts and styles hair. In 2024, she was named Men’s Hairdresser of the Year at the Australian Hair Fashion Awards. She currently serves as Ambassador for Excellent Edges.
Trained at Mahogany and influenced by Sassoon and Sorbie, Gina’s focus is on clean, wearable styles – hair that sits effortlessly, holds its structure and is simple for clients to maintain day to day.

CHAD WIJAYATILAKE - STYLIST AND COLOURIST
Chad is a senior stylist with over two decades of experience across salon and fashion environments. His work centres on lived-in beach blondes and long, layered cuts, creating hair that feels effortless, modern and enduring.
Shaped by years working in local and global runway and editorial settings, Chad brings a directional sensibility to the salon. He is known for translating fashion-led ideas into wearable results, balancing polish with ease.
Chad is highly regarded for blonde transformations. From soft, sun-washed tones to brighter, statement finishes - always prioritising hair health and longevity. His cutting approach focuses on structure and movement, with layering designed to enhance natural texture and evolve seamlessly between appointments.
He previously served as a Pureology ambassador, reflecting his depth of colour knowledge and commitment to thoughtful hair care.
